Student Leadership Development

Our college believes that every student has the potential to be a leader who is anchored by strong purpose and guided by good character. The Student Leadership programme strives to nurture our student leaders through an expansive and customised training that is undergirded by the Leadership Challenge Model, to help our students work towards demonstrating the 5 practices of exemplary leadership, namely: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act and Encourage the Heart. Under the programme, students are given numerous opportunities to hone their leadership competencies as they set strategic directions and lead peers from diverse backgrounds to achieve shared goals. A robust student-teacher mentorship framework is implemented as well to guide them throughout their leadership journey.

Through this experience, we hope that our student leaders will be positive change-makers in a challenging world, with a keen interest in community and global issues.
